First we meet to chat about the project while taking photos and measurements. Then our designer gets to work on a 13 x 19″ rendition of your home’s new rock wall planter for approvals. The job takes two days at dimensions 25′ x 12′, and is photographed along the way. This Anklin Forest job was created with Lowes Chisel Block (12″w x 6″t x 9″d) on 3 foot of slope. The guys then get to work on the leveling and clearing the space with shovels and ground level penetrating pick-axes. They then take a break planning the construction from the architectural drawings. The various meandering footing’s get dug about a foot below the surface with straight clay walls. Rocks are then applied to act as a bonding agent with the cement above.
